This month's lucky winner is Abigail—congratulations!

And here is my critique:
Posting this critique after recently having been to RWA, really brought to mind a lot of the trends I saw being discussed and praised. I would make sure to capitalize on what about MAYBE, DEEP DOWN fits with current market needs and talk about the popular tropes your book includes.
As a quick side note, this year's conference brought us the first black women (Minx Malone and Kennedy Ryan) and first polyromance (Elia Winters' THREE WAY SPLIT) to win RITAs, which is so awesome!
Romance is such an unusual genre, because unlike others, its readers tend to be very loyal to particular authors. That means that it is harder for debuts to successfully break into the market, so I would be sure to include any information about your platform here that you can: Are you involved in your local RWA chapter? Have you self-published any previous projects?
I hope my comments are helpful to you and wish you the best of luck with this project! If anyone has any comments, be sure to chime in below.
